When you credit your account, unless you have correctly entered your VAT registration ID, you will be charged VAT on your deposit at a rate of 19%. You will have the net value of your deposit then available in your account.
OpenOrder rates are based on the minimum quality level requested. Prices for DirectOrders are determined by the author himself, regardless of quality rating. An OpenOrder is recommended as a starting point to find the author(s) that best represent the style required.

Authors set their price per word themselves and can create special customer rates.
The rate displayed includes Textbroker’s commission of 30%. The price you are shown includes this fee already.
The minimum price for DirectOrders is 0.0195 Euro per word. (price including commission)
With the TeamOrder, the client can create a team of experts for his project.
Private team: This will only be shown to the writers you choose. The client searches via the 'Author search' for suitable writers and then invites them to the team.
Public Team: Authors can join the team themselves and start writing straight away or apply for the team.
The client sets the price per word for the entire team, at least 1.95 cent per word (inclusive of the 30% Textbroker commission fee). For certain extra efforts such as a high level of research or particular subject knowledge, the client can increase the word price.
The team message function allows the client to quickly write to all members of the Team.
