About the company:
Allobébé (Number 1 in France amongst the websites for childcare) is part of CDM Group, who host a number of other websites relating to health and childcare: Les Bébés de Sabine, Naturabébé, Centrale des Multiples and MDM France. The target audience of these companies are parents and pregnant women, the only exception being MDM France, which targets seniors.
In the past, in-house copywriters composed all required texts. However, due to a very large workload, the company decided to outsourcethe content creation to Textbroker..
The two main goals:
On average, 35,000 words were ordered per month, which came to about 60 texts with varying word counts. With the exception of some 3-star texts for SEO purposes, content of a 4-star quality was ordered. Most orders came in the form of OpenOrders, as the creation of these is particularly fast.
For some orders, however, DirectOrders were the preferred method, as this allowed for the content to be regularly produced by the same author.

By publishing the text-based content, the ranking of the website was improved.
Moreover, the website could position itself into new areas. Allobébé went from being purely a web shop to a rich portal of information (covering pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.).
By using Textbroker, the costs for the creation of content were reduced, making internal resources available for other projects.
